right of withdrawal
1. Cancellation policy
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The notice period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post to Moka Muli Manufaktur, Ebereschenallee 51A, 14050 Berlin).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
2. Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have to send the goods to:
Moka Muleto be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
3. Exceptions to Revocation
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly, contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not available for reasons of health protection or hygiene Eligible for return if unsealed after delivery, contracts involving bespoke, individually manufactured goods that are not prefabricated.
4. Processing of the revocation and costs of the return
In order to facilitate the processing of the cancellation according to point 3., the buyer is asked to provide the following information with the cancellation declaration if possible:
i) the name of the customer
ii) the order date
iii) the products he wishes to return
The above notifications are not a prerequisite for the processing of the buyer's cancellation.
We bear the costs for returning the goods from Germany, insofar as the return label provided by Moka Muli Manufaktur was used.
If the return label provided by Moka Muli Manufaktur is not used, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of a return from a country other than Germany, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
